Mask Instructions
 MATERIALS
TO USE:
file folders or heavy paper, markers, scissors, a hole punch, glue, tape, yarn or ribbon. Decorating materials: colorful stickers, ribbon, fabric, cotton, paper or other fun items like glitter, feathers and pipe cleaners.
1. Using the markers, draw an outline onto the file folder in the shape you wish your mask to be. Hold the folder up to your face and carefully mark where your eyes are.
2. Move the folder away from your face and cut out the mask and the eye holes. Ask an adult if you need help cutting.
3,4 & 5. Possibilities! See what happens.
6. Decorate. Try adding 3-D shapes like a nose or snout or ears.
7. Punch holes, one on the left and one on the right side of the mask.
8. Tie string, yarn or ribbon into each hole, then tie the mask onto your face.
9. Finished product! Time to pretend and play.
