Stamp Instructions
 MATERIALS
TO USE:
craft foam, wood pieces, mat board, a variety of paper, color paper, markers, scissors, glue, a hole punch. Decorating materials: ribbon, yarn, glitter if you wish.
1. Cut shapes out of the craft foam. Save the small scraps to make other stamps.
2. Glue the foam onto the wood. Remember, whatever shape you cut will stamp in mirror image.
3. Experiment with different patterns and shapes. Set the stamps aside for a few minutes to allow the glue to dry completely.
4. After the stamps are dry, color the foam with markers. Try coloring with one color or several colors or patterns with dots or lines.
5. Stamp away! See what kind of pictures you can make. Where can you stamp? Can you stamp on paper plates? Lunch bags? Try overlapping the stamps to create different shapes and patterns.
6. With your new stamp create a bookmark, card, picture or book!
